    Max Hardy and Richard Remington recognised an opportunity in the property sector. Estate agents were drowning in enquiries. Not for lack of demand. The traditional phone-and-email approach just couldn't keep up. Negotiators burned out making repetitive qualification calls. Promising leads went cold because someone enquired at 9 PM. Valuation opportunities hid in plain sight.

    Max and Richard saw that AI could handle the tedious bits (qualification questions, out-of-hours responses, data entry) whilst letting skilled negotiators do what they're actually good at: building relationships and closing deals.

    So they built SalesRook. As word spread, mortgage brokers and financial service businesses facing the same challenges came knocking - overwhelmed by enquiries, struggling to respond fast enough, losing leads to competitors who got there first. The solution worked just as well for them.

    Today, their remote team spans five countries, creating practical tools that help estate agents and mortgage advisors work smarter - not replacing them, but giving skilled professionals more time to do what they're actually good at.
