SalesRook Wins Best AI Solution at the Kerfuffle Trusted Agent Awards 2026, Two Years Running

SalesRook has taken Gold for Best AI Solution at the Kerfuffle Trusted Agent Awards 2026, the second year running, with the award presented at the Kerfuffle Conference, "Built on Trust", hosted by Dara Ó Briain at ICC Newport.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE. London, UK, 9 July 2026.

SalesRook, the AI that answers and qualifies estate agents' and mortgage brokers' property enquiries over WhatsApp, turning everyday conversations into instructions, valuations and referrals, has been named winner of Best AI Solution at the Kerfuffle Trusted Agent Awards 2026, taking Gold in the category.

The award was presented on the evening of 7 July 2026 at the Kerfuffle Conference, Built on Trust, at ICC Newport: a packed day of talks and a gala dinner hosted by comedian and broadcaster Dara Ó Briain. When Kerfuffle founder Simon Whale opened the envelope, he read out the four words the SalesRook team had quietly been hoping for: "For the second year running, SalesRook."

What sets the award apart is where it comes from. The Trusted Agent Awards are not decided by a panel rewarding a slick demo. They are built on real, independently vetted reviews, drawn from Kerfuffle's own platform, Google and other verified sources, that reflect genuine customer sentiment right across the marketplace. In effect, it is recognition awarded by the agents who use SalesRook every day, arguably the verdict that counts for most in the sector.

    The work that wins instructions

SalesRook answers property enquiries from Rightmove, Zoopla and the rest within 30 seconds, over WhatsApp, at any hour of the day or night. But answering quickly is the easy part. The real job is catching what a busy branch cannot: the valuation hiding inside a buyer's question, the off-patch referral no one had time to log, the seller who mentions, almost in passing, that they are thinking of moving too.

Take Michael Poole Estate Agents. Their old referral log ran to 18 entries for the whole year, scribbled down whenever someone remembered. With SalesRook, that rose to 206 fully detailed off-patch referrals a year. The pilot generated 97 instructions worth £120,000 in commission, and in a single month it uncovered 53 valuation opportunities. Same team. Same conversations. Nobody hired.

That is the pattern that has carried SalesRook from a single WhatsApp number in 2022 to more than 250 estate agency offices today, over 1,500 property professionals supported by its products, and over 300,000 property enquiry messages handled every month.

"It means a lot that this comes from the agents who actually use SalesRook. They don't want AI for the sake of it. They want a faster reply, a better follow-up, and to stop good opportunities slipping through the cracks. That is what we have focused on, and winning it two years running tells us we are getting that right."

A big year on the ground

Agents have stopped asking whether AI belongs in their business, and started asking which AI actually pulls its weight. It has been a busy year for SalesRook on that front. The company's partnership with the Relocation Agent Network has been rolling out across more than 90 member agencies, bringing subsidised AI lead qualification to firms right across the network.

And at Kerfuffle itself, SalesRook's prize draw at win.salesrook.com, offering one agency a fully managed AI agent of its own, drew a steady crowd to the stand throughout the day.

"Winning this again, in a room full of the agents we build for, means a great deal. It was a brilliant event, and hearing Simon read our name out for the second year running was a real moment for the team. We are proud of it, and we are not slowing down."
